Alarms

Introduction

This section is dedicated to Geoscope server alarms.

Alarm panel example

Change period

Alarms displayed in the table always have a "Start time" inside the selected period.

Default period corresponds to the last two weeks from NOW.

Users are allowed to change the period in order to display their desired alarms.

Filters

A click on the "Filters" button (top-right), displays a popup:

This filter popup allows users to:

• Filter alarms by alarm level
• Filter alarms by three alarm status:
  1. Acknowledged & Running
  2. Not acknowledged & Running
  3. Not acknowledged & Not running
  4. Any acknowledgement status & any running status (All)

Alarm acknowledgment

The acknowledgment state for each alarm is indicated by the icon at the left of 'alarm level'.

 : means the alarm is already acknowledged.                                

 : means the alarm is not acknowledged yet.

Users can acknowledge an alarm by clicking this icon. A pop up is shown to let users write the acknowledgment comment.

Search

A search bar is available on the top-right corner. 

Users can use it to search alarms by SENSOR NAME.

Plot graph / Data Grid

Users can select one or more alarms by clicking the table row, then go to the top menu to:

• Plot a Time-Graph on-the-fly for all selected alarms (Daily average or Detailed mode)
• Display a data grid for one of the selected alarms
